Where we deliver

We deliver across India and to addresses worldwide.

Despatch and delivery times

We despatch orders on working days. Once your order is on its way, its status and any tracking reference appear in your account and on your order confirmation page.

International parcels take longer, depending on the destination and on customs clearance. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier and can be affected by weather, local restrictions and public holidays.

Customs and import taxes

Orders sent outside India may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient when the parcel arrives. If a parcel is refused at customs, it is returned to us and we will contact you.

Tracking

Once your order is despatched, the tracking reference is recorded against your order where the courier provides one. You can see the status of your order at any time from your account, or from the confirmation link you received after paying.

Addresses

Please check your address and postal code carefully before paying. We despatch to the address given at checkout and cannot redirect a parcel once it has left us. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not reached you within the expected window, write to innotech1delhi@gmail.com with your order reference and we will trace it with the courier.
